My passion for creative writing began at an early age. I was the kid who wrote extra long book reports and made the neighborhood kids perform the skits I dreamt up. I’ve dabbled in performing arts on-stage and on-screen. I love working with my hands.  If it’s creative — I’m in.

I’ve been blessed to build my experience in the creative industry as a newspaper editor, editorial assistant in book publishing and an editor of a local magazine.  I write a lifestyle blog and  I’ve managed marketing for multiple government programs. I’ve established credibility as a public speaker by presenting numerous trainings and hosting public events. Most recently, I passionately worked as a marketing director for a nonprofit organization.

Marketing for small businesses, churches and nonprofits is a natural fit with my nature to serve. I truly love what I do.

I thrive on a healthy balance between work and play so when not brainstorming for my latest client, I can be found curled up with a book, enjoying time at the gym, planning my next family vacation or cheering on my kiddos at their many sporting events.
